For use with systems under 50 Volts. Capacity: 250 Amps Continuous, 360 Amps Intermittent. The OFF position also acts as an emergency disconnect in the event of an electrical problem.
Dimensions: 5-1/4 diameter, 2-5/8 deep. This model prevents damage to the Alternator if the switch is accidentally turned off while the engine is running. They permit selection between batteries for starting and charging or operation of both batteries in parallel. They allow addition of an extra battery for use with accessories. Surface mount, red plastic housing with large black plastic knob. Incorporates an improved design to protect the copper contacts and brass terminals used as electrical connections.
